It fits standard contoured changing pads, roughly 16" × 32", which is the size the large majority of pads sold in the US are made to. Measure yours before ordering if it came as part of a furniture set, as those occasionally differ.
Is it machine washable?
Yes, and it needs to be — assume you will be washing it more often than you expect. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.
