Does a fertility candle increase your chances of getting pregnant?
A fertility affirmation candle does not medically increase fertility or improve pregnancy outcomes. It is designed to provide emotional support, comfort, and encouragement during the conception journey.
Emotional well-being matters. This candle is meant to help you feel grounded, hopeful, and supported — especially during uncertain seasons.
Is this a Christian fertility candle?
Our fertility affirmation candles are inspired by scripture-based encouragement, but they are designed to feel gentle and welcoming. The tone is faith-rooted without being overly religious, making it a thoughtful gift for women who appreciate biblical encouragement during fertility struggles.
What makes this candle different from other fertility candles?

How long does the fertility affirmation candle burn?
Each candle is 9oz and burns for approximately 50–60 hours. To get the full burn time:
- Trim the wick to ¼ inch before every burn
- On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edge of the jar — this prevents tunnelling for the life of the candle
- Do not burn for longer than 4 hours at a time
What scents are available?
Most of our candles come in five options: Clean Cotton, Sea Salt + Orchid, White Sage and Lavender, Coconut Cream + Cardamom, and Unscented. A few carry an extra seasonal scent, and the scent selector on this page shows exactly what is available for this candle.
Every fragrance is deliberately soft rather than strong, so it suits a bedroom or a quiet corner. Unscented is offered on every candle for a reason: nausea in early pregnancy and on some fertility medications makes fragrance genuinely hard to tolerate, and it is the right default if you are buying for someone whose preferences you do not know.
Is it safe to burn a candle while pregnant?
There is no evidence that burning a candle affects a pregnancy, and no guideline restricts it. Ours are soy rather than paraffin, which burns cleaner, and a trimmed wick plus a ventilated room covers the sensible precautions.
The practical issue is nausea rather than safety. Scent tolerance changes unpredictably in early pregnancy, and a fragrance you liked last month can become unbearable — choose unscented if that has started. If you have asthma or another respiratory condition, raise it with your provider rather than relying on general advice.
